SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. However, we do everything we can to send it out the next day or even the same day. Once shipped, please allow 1-5 business days for worldwide delivery. A signature may be required upon delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs in your country may delay orders outside our normal delivery timeframes, but we will do our best to work with you to clear them quickly for any concerns.

 

On most of our products, shipping is free. However, if you are seeing a shipping charge, this means you have a local distributor in your country. Taxes and any importing fees are included in the final price within the UK, USA, Canada, Europe & UAE.


If you’re ordering from outside the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, or the UAE, please note that any import taxes or fees in your country will be your responsibility. It’s a very easy process, and if any import taxes are due, your local customs agents will email or call you during the import process.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

This product may be returned if postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in excellent condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any importing tax and fees, outside the UK, which were paid by CELLER8 at time of delivery. We cannot be held accountable for any importing costs to your country as well as the returned product, however we are confident when you try CELLER8 devices, you will love them too much to return them!

REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item to us, please contact a member of our team to discuss your options. How do you return goods to us? Contact us with the reason for your return and details of your order via phone or email. Once you receive confirmation from us, send your goods to our returns address. We will issue you with a refund so long as you have complied with the terms of our returns and refund policy. We do not make it difficult for you to get a return of your purchase.
