All orders are estimated to be delivered within 1–5 business days.

 

We aim to dispatch orders on the same or next business day wherever possible. However, please allow up to three business days for your order to be dispatched. The delivery estimate shown at checkout includes this processing time.

 

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you directly by email. A signature may be required upon delivery.

 

Customs procedures may occasionally delay international orders beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. If this happens, we will do our best to help resolve any issues and support the clearance of your order.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Taxes and Import Fees

Where a shipping option is marked “taxes included”, applicable taxes and import fees are included in the final purchase price.

 

Where taxes are not stated as included, the customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or other fees charged in the destination country. If payment is required, the local customs authority or courier will normally contact the customer by email or telephone during the import process.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the return is postmarked within this period.

 

Returned products must be in excellent condition and include all original parts, accessories and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

For returns made from outside the UK, the customer is also responsible for reimbursing any import taxes or fees originally paid by CELLER8 at the time of delivery. CELLER8 cannot be held responsible for additional charges incurred when returning a product from another country.

How to Request a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact our team by telephone or email. Please include your order details and the reason for the return.

Please include your order number or original invoice inside the package so that we can identify your return and process it promptly.

 

A refund will be issued provided the return complies with our Returns and Refund Policy. Any applicable return shipping costs, import taxes or other charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
