SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. However, we will do everything we can to send it out on next day service or even the same day. Should we encounter any delays, we will contact you via email directly. Once shipped, please allow 1-5 business days for worldwide delivery. A signature may be required upon delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs in your country may delay orders outside our normal delivery timeframes, but we will do our best to work with you to clear them quickly for any concerns.

 

Shipping is free on most of our products. However, some products may incur a shipping charge due to factors such as weight, dimensions or destination. If you see a shipping charge of £350, this may indicate that a local distributor is available in your country and that you may benefit from ordering locally. Purchasing through a local distributor can help you avoid higher shipping fees, longer transit times and unnecessary import taxes. We recommend using your local distributor where available. Taxes & import fees included (UK, USA, Canada, Europe & UAE)

All applicable taxes and import fees are included in the final price for orders shipped within the UK, USA, Canada, and the UAE. For Europe, taxes and import fees are included only for products that are available for shipping to European destinations.

 

If you are ordering from outside the UK, USA, Canada, the UAE or eligible European destinations, any import taxes or fees in your country will be your responsibility. This is usually a straightforward process and if any import charges are due, your local customs authority or courier will contact you by email or phone during the import process for payment.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

This product may be returned if postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in excellent condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any importing tax and fees, outside the UK, which were paid by CELLER8 at time of delivery. We cannot be held accountable for any importing costs to your country as well as the returned product, however we are confident when you try CELLER8 devices, you will love them too much to return them!

REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item to us, please contact a member of our team to discuss your options. How do you return goods to us? Contact us with the reason for your return and details of your order via phone or email. Once you receive confirmation from us, you’ll be supplied with instructions on how to send your goods back to our returns address - NewMed Ltd, Station Road, Harrietsham, Kent, ME17 1JA, United Kingdom. Please include your order number or original invoice, so we can match up your return and ensure a timely return and refund process. A select few countries will see a £350 shipping charge which is not detailed below, if you are seeing a shipping charge, this means you have a local distributor in your country.
