Shipping & Returns


Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. However, we do everything we can to send it out the next day or even the same day. Once shipped, please allow 1-5 business days for worldwide delivery. A signature may be required upon delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for all import duties and taxes.


On all our products, shipping is free. However, if you are seeing a shipping charge, this means you have a local distributor in your country. To avoid this shipping charge, waiting longer transit times, and paying unnecessary import tax, we recommend you use your local distributor. This product may be returned if postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in excellent condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Please include your order number or original invoice in your order so we can match up your return to an order and customer. We will issue you with a refund so long as you have complied with the terms of our returns and refund policy.
