CELLER8 User Guide

Starting a CELLER8 PEMF session can take under 10 seconds. Simply follow the steps below.

Step 1: Choose application

Choose between localised, full body, or dual application by connecting a mat or using the CELLER8 on its own. CELLER8 offers every application to meet your needs.

Step 2: Select a program

Pick a preset program based on the time of day or activity. Adjust the intensity and session time to suit your preferences, or use custom mode to set your own frequency, intensity, and time.

Step 3: Enjoy your session

Enjoy your session anywhere, anytime! Sit back, relax, or go about your day while CELLER8 delivers PEMF therapy to support your recovery and well-being.

Choosing Application

The CELLER8 is your localised applicator, controller and power source all in 1. Every CELLER8 comes with a 100cm elasticated strap, allowing for effortless application of CELLER8 to any part of the body part. 

 

The CELLER8 can be used alone or at the same time as one of our mats ether being powered by the mains or CELLER8. Our top choice is to use the full body mat alongside the CELLER8.

PEMF Mats

When it comes to mats, our premier choice is the full body mat, as this allows for a more complete PEMF session. Unlike with the CELLER8 alone, all the cells in your body will be evenly treated with PEMF. However, if you are looking for maximum portability and usability anywhere, our travel mat is the perfect middle ground. The mini mat is perfect if you are looking to treat your furry friends with PEMF.

An Option for Every Situation

In all programs, you can adjust the time from 5 minutes to 12 hours and the intensity from 1 to 100%. On the custom program you can select your own freqneucy from 1-100 Hz. You also have complete control over the polarity where you can choose ether north, south or alternating.

Night Program (1-4 Hz)

Designed to be used just before bed or as you're falling asleep. It uses frequencies in the delta range to help you achieve the restorative sleep you deserve.

Morning Program (12-30 Hz)

Designed to be used before 12 noon, harnessing higher frequencies in the beta range to maintain alertness.

Evening Program (8-10 Hz)

Helping you relax and recover in the latter part of the day, using frequencies in the alpha range to achieve this.

Meditation Program (4-8 Hz)

Ideal for meditation within the theta range, enabling the user to achieve the ultimate meditation session.

Custom Program (1-100 Hz)

Giving you complete control! You can select any frequency from 1-100 Hz, any intensity from 1-100 gauss, and set the time from 5 minutes to 12 hours.

Sessions Per Day

For general health and wellness, we recommend using CELLER8 once a day. If you’re treating a specific condition, such as an injury or chronic issue, using it twice a day may be more beneficial.

Durations of Sessions

Each program is set to 20 minutes by default, which is enough for most sessions. However, for chronic conditions, longer sessions of up to 1 hour may provide additional benefits.

What Program to Use

CELLER8 offers several programs designed for different times of day or activities: Morning, Evening, Night, Medication, and Custom. Each program uses optimal frequencies for the specific time or purpose. If none of these fit your needs, the Custom program allows you to tailor settings to your preferences or replicate a study.

Choosing Application

Full Body Mat

The CELLER8 Max full-body mat is designed to deliver powerful PEMF evenly across the entire body. Unlike localised applicators, the mat ensures comprehensive coverage, allowing every cell to benefit from high-intensity stimulation in one session. It’s the ultimate option for those who want a complete, systemic experience. Perfect for deep recovery, relaxation, and supporting overall wellness.

Full Body Mat

Large Loop

The large loop is designed for targeted, high-intensity PEMF delivery to specific areas of the body. It’s ideal for wrapping around limbs, positioning over joints, or focusing on regions that need extra attention. The applicator provides concentrated stimulation while still being flexible enough to use in a variety of positions, giving you control over exactly where the energy is directed.

Small Dual Loop

Also known as a Helmholtz or butterfly coil, this applicator is designed with two loops placed in parallel to create an even magnetic field through the entire targeted area. This unique setup ensures you don’t lose strength in the middle, making it ideal for “sandwiching” joints and smaller areas such as ankles, knees, wrists, hands, elbows, and shoulders. How often do I need to use the CELLER8?

We recommend for the perfect recipe for health and wellness to use the CELLER8 (full body mat if possible) twice per day for the recommended 20 minutes per session. One session in the ‘morning‘ and one session in the ‘evening’ on those program names. You do also have the ability to shorten or lengthen the preset programs and sessions where required if you have more or less time to enjoy some PEMFs.

 

There are bonus sessions including ‘night’, where you can just use the CELLER8 controller by your pillow to encourage deep and restful slumber and a ‘meditation’ setting, to help find your inner zen whilst also benefitting from the healing benefits of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields.

Can I reduce the intensity of the PEMF’s if I am sensitive? 

You can reduce the intensity of the mat and controller but at the same percentage. So, if you set it to 50% intensity the controller will be 50 gauss and the mat will be 25 gauss. You can reduce both down to a minimum of 2 gauss on the controller and 1 gauss on the mat for anyone who is sensitive to PEMFs. We always recommended that users start low and slow when first starting PEMF sessions, just to allow you to adjust to all the added benefits.
